the7finds sells digital art, eBooks, and physical apparel through three collections: TimelessTVGallery, WorldReaderHub, and Tropicool. These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made on our store.
- PRODUCTS
Digital Products (TimelessTVGallery & WorldReaderHub)
- All digital files are for personal, non-commercial use only
- You may not resell, redistribute, share, or claim ownership of any digital file
- Files are delivered via download link after payment is confirmed
- Compatible formats: JPEG/PNG (TimelessTVGallery), PDF (WorldReaderHub)
Physical Products (Tropicool)
- Product colors may vary slightly due to screen display differences
- Sizes are listed in product descriptions - please check before ordering
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability
- PAYMENTS
- All prices are in USD
- Payment is processed securely at checkout
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
- DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
- Download links are provided after purchase via email
- Links may expire after a set period - contact us if your link has expired
- We are not responsible for compatibility issues with third-party devices beyond those listed
- SHIPPING (Physical Products Only)
- Digital products have no shipping - files are delivered electronically
- Physical products (Tropicool) are shipped to the address provided at checkout
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs
- RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details. In summary:
- Digital products: all sales final, except for file errors or broken links
- Physical products (Tropicool): 30-day return policy for unworn, unwashed items
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All digital artwork and content sold on the7finds is protected by copyright. Purchase grants you a personal license to use the file - it does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
the7finds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
- CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our store after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
