All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

  • Digital products cannot be returned once delivered or downloaded
  • No refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases
  • No exchanges or substitutions available

Exceptions - When We Will Issue a Refund

We will offer a refund or resolution in these exceptional cases:

  • The file received is corrupted, damaged, or unreadable
  • You received the wrong file
  • Your download link is broken or expired

Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number, description of the issue, and a screenshot if possible. We respond within 1-2 business days.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Items NOT Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Sale or final sale items
  • Items without original tags or packaging

How to Return

  1. Contact us within 30 days with your order number and reason
  2. We provide return instructions and address
  3. Ship item back (return shipping is customer's responsibility unless item is defective)
  4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days after inspection

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • No direct exchanges - return for refund and place a new order
