📦 Shipping

All digital products are delivered electronically. There is no physical shipping. After purchase, you will receive your download link or file via email within a few minutes. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder.

🚫 No Refund & No Exchange

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase.

✅ Exceptions

We will consider a resolution if:

• The file is corrupted or unreadable
• You received the wrong file
• The download link is broken or expired

Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and description of the issue. We respond within 1-2 business days.

📦 Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

🔄 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

Non-returnable: worn/washed items, sale items, items without original tags.

💰 Refunds

• Approved refunds processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

⚠️ Defective or Wrong Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund at no cost.

🌍 Customs & Import Duties
