🚫 All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

  • Digital products cannot be returned once delivered or downloaded
  • No refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases
  • No exchanges or substitutions available

✅ Exceptions – When We Will Issue a Refund We will offer a refund or resolution in these exceptional cases:

  • The file received is corrupted, damaged, or unreadable
  • You received the wrong file
  • Your download link is broken or expired

Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number, description of the issue, and a screenshot if possible. We respond within 1-2 business days.

🔄 30-Day Return Policy We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Items NOT Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

  3. Ship item back (return shipping is customer's responsibility unless item is defective)

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • No direct exchanges — return for refund and place a new order
