Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.
- Digital products cannot be returned once delivered or downloaded
- No refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases
- No exchanges or substitutions available

We will offer a resolution in these exceptional cases:
- The file received is corrupted, damaged, or unreadable
- You received the wrong file
- Your download link is broken or expired
Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number, description of the issue, and a screenshot if possible. We respond within 1-2 business days.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

- Ship item back (return shipping is customer's responsibility unless item is defective)
